Hello Regulars

Customer terms

Last updated 30 September 2026

These terms apply when you collect stamps or rewards with Hello Regulars at a participating business. "We" or "us" means Virtual10 Pty Ltd (ABN 70 294 786 361) trading as Hello Regulars. The short version: it's free, the business sets the rewards, we only text you if you say yes, and you can reply STOP at any time.

1. Joining

  1. Hello Regulars is free for customers. You join at the counter of a participating business by giving your mobile number or your name, or through our app when it's available.
  2. By joining, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.
  3. If you're under 16, check with a parent or guardian before you join.
  4. Hello Regulars is currently available in Australia only.

2. Stamps and rewards

  1. Each business sets its own rules: how you earn stamps, how many you need, and what the reward is. Their rules are shown at their counter.
  2. Stamps you collect at one business can only be used at that business.
  3. Stamps and rewards have no cash value. They can't be exchanged for money, sold, or transferred to someone else.
  4. The business provides the reward and is responsible for honouring it. If you have a problem with a reward, speak to the business first. We'll help with records from the system where we can.
  5. A business may change or end its program. If it does, it should give you reasonable notice and honour rewards you've already earned.
  6. Stamps collected through misuse, such as stamps added without a purchase, may be removed.

3. Text messages

  1. We only text you if you agree. Staff will ask when you join.
  2. If you agree to reward texts, we'll text you when a reward is ready, and occasionally ask you to rate your visit.
  3. We'll only text you offers if you agree to those separately, and no more than about once a month per business.
  4. Reply STOP to any of our texts to stop all texts from us. You can still collect stamps.
  5. Your mobile provider may charge its normal rate for texts you send back to us.

4. Ratings and reviews

  1. If you rate a visit, the business can see your rating, your first name, and your last initial, so it can follow up if something wasn't right.
  2. Everyone who rates a visit is offered a link to leave a Google review, whatever their rating. Leaving a Google review is optional. Google's terms apply to anything you post there.
  3. Please keep ratings and reviews honest. You won't receive stamps or rewards for leaving a review.

5. Our app and discovery

  1. When our app is available, you can use it to see your cards, keep them in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, and search for places in your own words.
  2. Search results are based on information such as menus, ratings, and distance. We can't guarantee they're complete or that a business will have what you're looking for.

6. Your information

  1. We collect your first name, last initial, mobile number, the stamps and rewards on your cards, what you ordered, the ratings you send, and your text preferences.
  2. Each business can see your details and visit history with that business only. We don't sell your information.
  3. You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete your information by emailing hello@helloregulars.com.au. Our privacy policy explains more.

7. Australian Consumer Law

  1. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law, that can't be excluded.
  2. The businesses that use Hello Regulars are responsible for their own goods, services, and rewards.
  3. Subject to the law, we're not liable for any loss arising from a business's goods, services, or rewards, or from the service being temporarily unavailable.

8. Changes and contact

  1. We may update these terms. The latest version is always on this page. If a change significantly affects you, we'll let you know by text if you've agreed to texts, or at the counter.
  2. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
  3. Questions or complaints: hello@helloregulars.com.au. If you're not satisfied with our response on a privacy matter, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
